Financial Policy

Because an important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible, we offer several payment options.

Self-Pay Clients

We do require payment prior to your appointment if you are a self-pay client.

Clients with Insurance

We are happy to work with your health insurance carrier to maximize your benefits and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. As a service to all our clients, we also file secondary insurance claims for you, but please be aware:

  • If you have commercial insurance (through an employer or private pay) AND Medicaid, we are required to file through the commercial plan first.
  • Medicaid will not pay until commercial insurance considers the claim.
  • If you have Medicare AND Medicaid, we are required to file through Medicare first.
  • We will collect your insurance copay and account deductibles before your appointment if those apply.

Please also note, once a patient has reached an amount due of $500.00 or more, services may be discontinued until a payment arrangement has been made.

How Can I Pay My Bill?

Payments can be made at the window in our offices by credit/debit cards, checks, or cash. We also have a Client Portal where online payments can be made. Alternatively, we can take payments over the phone. Be assured that all payment information is treated with care and confidentiality.
